Increased column sizes:
The uniquely designed column features larger dimensions in its class and thus adds additional stability.
Raised and widened base attachment surface:
The column is Y-shaped with extra width and size to achieve exceptional column stability and anchorage.
Extended, enlarged spindle guides:
The increased contact surface between the spindle and the column achieves very high stability. The balanced design minimizes spindle problems created by gravity.
Z-axis servo motor upgraded with balancing block (optional):
This is a special option that improves the precision of the Z-axis movement during high-speed machining.
Z-axis servo motor connected directly to the ATS:
The servo motor associated with the SVDs eliminates the need to install or maintain a Z-axis belt.
Unique columnar structure for better resistance and stability:
Specially designed from the bottom up, the base column is 1000mm wide increasing stability with the 54%. The enlarged column and base provide a worktop size of 1000 x 600 x 630mm (Model PRO-1000).
